Case 6: 2 Cosmetic Composite Veneers and Restorations

Some patients are often born with teeth that are smaller than the teeth normally found in that position. A conservative way to treat provide more normal tooth proportions is to use composite bonding. In this case, orthodontics was used to position the tooth roots in their proper position and then composite bonding was used to build up the teeth to their proper size. No anesthetic nor tooth preparation was needed in this case and the teeth can easily be converted to porcelain veneers if needed as the patient ages.

Reason for Undergoing Treatment: Some teeth develope too small naturally. In this case the incisors were too small and the orthodontist placed the teeth roots in their proper position. Because of the patients young age, composite bonding was done to create teeth with natural proportions.
