Dr. Jack D Griffin is one of the most honored and awarded dentists in the country. Jack is one of a hand-full of dentists awarded by his peers Diplomat status with the American Board of Aesthetic Dentistry (ABAD), accreditation with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), and Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD).

He considers it a great honor to have been asked to teach many dentists across the country how to meet their professional goals in various topics including practice management, digital photography, direct bonding techniques, cosmetic veneers, and CAD/CAM dentistry.  He has lectured at many prestigious meetings and has been published in leading dental journals.

Jack graduated dental school from Southern Illinois University, where he received a student dentistry awards and then went on to complete a general dentistry residency at the University of Louisville in Kentucky, with an emphasis in advanced dental care in restorative dentistry, emergency care,  implants, oral surgery, and special patient care. Dr. Griffin began his dental practice in Eureka in 1988.
Dr. Jack D. Griffin, Jr. is affiliated with many professional organizations including the following: American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Society for Dental Esthetics, American Orthodontic Society, International Association for Orthodontics, American Association for Functional Orthodontics, American Association of Implant Dentistry, Academy of Computerized Dentistry, and other professional organizations. He has taken over 2000 hours of continuing education since graduating dental school……his commitment to keep learning keeps him at the top of his profession.

We employ the newest sterilization techniques and surface disinfectants available to ensure your peace of mind. There are computers in each treatment room for patient education, as well as intraoral cameras to show the patient areas of concern in their mouths.

We are proud to feature for our patients from throughout St. Louis County area the CEREC® 3D system, which custom-creates all porcelain dental restorations in about an hour. Crowns, large fillings, and cosmetic restorations can often be done in a single visit using computer and CAD/CAM technology. At Eureka Smile Center, the children even have their own reception room. There are coloring books and markers, a DVD/VCR player, and a Play Station II with new games for the video enthusiast. To ensure your comfort during your time in the dental chair, our treatment rooms each have satellite televisions, stereo headphones, and pleasant contemporary decorations.

Financial Information for Dental Treatment

At Eureka Smile Center, we provide services that we believe are far superior to those of our competitors, yet we work hard to maintain a fee structure that is reasonable for our area. In an effort to avoid dental "sticker shock," our patients are always fully apprised of the cost of their dental treatment before we begin any procedures.

We understand that dental treatment costs can be prohibitive to some of our patients, and we firmly believe that no person should forgo dental care because cost is a concern. Although we expect financial commitments to be honored as all work is done, those in need of financial assistance can discuss payment arrangements with our business staff before treatment is started to help decrease financial stresses after treatment. We have several payment options and also provide some independent financial payment services. We can help you find financial arrangements to suit your needs.

Insurance Benefits

It is fortunate that so many patients have insurance benefits these days. Our office accepts most dental insurance plans that are not part of an HMO. We are happy to provide the service of insurance submission to help you maximize your benefits and will follow up with insurance companies to help you receive the benefits to which you are entitled.

Scheduling a Dental Consultation at Eureka Smile Center

At Eureka Smile Center, we understand how busy our patients can be, and we work hard to accommodate their hectic schedules. We offer cosmetic, restorative, and family dentistry appointments for patients from Eureka, Kirkwood, Fenton, Chesterfield, and throughout St. Louis County as early as 7 a.m., and are also happy to schedule evening appointments. We are able to schedule appointments as far as six months in advance, as well, so we will be sure to find a time that will suit your needs.

Because we have a very busy practice, we ask that any scheduling conflicts be made known to our office staff as soon as possible. We thank you for your consideration, and we look forward to working with you.
